Pero Ivanko is the Head of the Department of Data Science and Analytics at the Croatian Institute of Public Health (CIPH). For more than seven years, he has specialized in the field of health data, data engineering, analytics, and reporting closely related to this domain. He actively participates or has participated in numerous EU projects related to the public health system and initiatives concerning the secondary use of health data. Additionally, he is currently leading the development and implementation of the Croatian health data access body (part of the European Health Data Space regulation on secondary data use) and serves as the Chair of the General Assembly of the EHDS HDABs Community of Practice.
